Team USA and Team Montana Both dominated in 6-man football All-Star games over the holiday weekend.
Down in Meeteetse Wyoming it was all stars and stripes from kickoff to buzzer on our country’s 250th birthday when team USA delivered the first ever shut out of Canada in the Can-Am 6-Man All-Star Game, 60-0.
Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, Texas, and Wyoming were the five states that made up team USA’s roster. The scoring got started with two rushing touchdowns one of 18 yards and the other of 70 yards by Bode Ham out of Jayton Texas.
Local star and 2025 Montana 6-Man state champ Cooper Streit of Chester-Joplin-Inverness caught a three-yard touchdown pass in the second half to help team USA Cruise. The victory marks America’s fifth straight win over Canada and win number 14 of the last 15 games.
The Red, White and Blue is now 23-5 all time against Canada in the Can-Am 6-Man All-Star Game.
In the Mon-Dak All-Star game Saturday team Montana powered to a 65-13 beat down of North Dakota for their second straight win in the series.
