Bozeman, MT, – Montana state University men’s basketball program that finished with an 18-14 overall record in the 2025-26 season announced a new addition to the program last week.
Kenny Love joins the program in an assistant role after running his own women’s basketball program at Whitworth University for the past four seasons.
Kenny spent a total of 13 years with Whitworth University both as a player and coach before making the move to Bozeman this July. As a player at Whitworth Love played for current Bobcat head coach Matt Logie and earned a multitude of All-Conference and All-American awards.
Bobcat basketball also announced the promotion of assistants Zach Payne and Sam Scholl alongside Shamrock Campbell going from director of Basketball Operations to assistant coach.
