(Havre) – On Thursday August 20th at 11am, at the Hill County Commission Office, a hearing will be held about creating a new road in the county. Commission Chairman Jake Strissel told New Media Broadcasters where the road will be located.
“So, this road is a, it may sound weird but township 29 range 16 East sections 20, 29 and 30. In Layman’s terms that is down South of Havre down by the Phelps Road.”
