UM’s Shinn to Give First State of University Address

(Missoula) – University of Montana President Dr. Jeremiah Shinn will present his first State of the University Friday, Aug. 21, at the Montana Theatre in the Performing Arts and Radio/Television Center building. Doors open at 8 a.m. and the event will begin at 8:30 a.m. The address will be followed by a reception.
A livestream also will be available on YouTube for those unable to attend in person. Shinn took the University’s helm on July 1 as UM’s 20th president.
