Skylights Volleyball fell to the University of Providence Argos Wednesday night in four sets. The skylights battled forcing every set to be within four points.
Now they have to change focus with Valley City State in town on Friday and Mayville State on Saturday. Skylight head coach Jerry Wagner said how the short turnaround affects their preporation.
“When you’re playing on back-to-back nights like that with no preparation in between, Mayville’s going to have the same turnaround, and they’ll be scrambling on short notice also. Valley City gets to watch our match on Wednesday just like we watched their matches last week when they had to play earlier in the week.”
Match time for Friday against the Vikings is set for 7p.m. at Armory gym and Saturday’s match verses the Comets of Mayville will begin at 4p.m.
