(NMB) An 18-year-old Blaine County woman was killed when the pickup she was driving collided with an Amtrak train on Wednesday September 9th.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol report, the 2007 Chevy Silverado was traveling North on Thirty-Mile Road West of Harlem. At a railroad crossing, the driver
of the Chevy failed to yield to an eastbound Amtrak passenger train collided with the pickup. The driver of the pickup was pronounced dead at the scene.
The name of the victim has not been released.
