(Havre) – The City of Havre is sponsoring a Community Development Block Grant application from Havre Public Schools to fund updates for Lincoln-McKinley School. HPS Superintendent Brian Gum explains what projects at the school the district would fund if these grant dollars are secured.
“So, we’re going to be looking at trying to hopefully obtain some additional grant money dollars to do some cool things at Lincoln Mckinley. Kind of on the docket we’re looking at replacing the roof at Lincoln, updating bathrooms and new carpet.”
Havre Public Schools is partnering with Bear Paw Development Corporation for the submission of this CDBG grant application.
