(Missoula) – An Indiana man convicted of traveling to Montana to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison, followed by 10 years of supervised release.
Thirty-three-year-old Brandon Cole Stoliby pleaded guilty to traveling with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct and transportation of child pornography.
According to court documents, Stoliby met the victim over Snapchat in March of 2025 and traveled to Missoula the following month to pick her up, where law enforcement ultimately intervened.
