Havre, MT – MSU-Northern Skylight junior guard Shania Moananu, has now played in four games for coach Mouat coming off an injury.
Head coach Chris Mouat says he believes in his transfer guard and her ability to contribute to the team.
“Shania is a really good player. She is coming off her third ACL surgery so for her to be out there at all is pretty incredible. She is coming in, great energy, not quite a 100% I’d say but healthy enough to play for sure. She came in and did good things for us spatially Saturday she had a chance to get her rhythm going and that was good to see. we know what she can do and I’m excited about that in the future.” Mouat said.
Moananu played 17 minutes on Saturday at Mayville state putting up nine points on 2-3 shooting and 4-4 from the free-throw line.
