The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has prepared a Preliminary Determination (PD) for Montana Air Quality Permit #5358-00, for Northwestern Energy – Bear Paw Compressor Station.
A Draft Environmental Assessment (Draft EA) analyzing potential impacts of the proposed permit action on the Montana environment has also been prepared and is linked below the PD.
This PD, and associated Draft EA, are issued by DEQ pursuant to §§ 75-1-101, et. seq, and 75-2-201, et. seq, Montana Code Annotated.
