Billings man sentenced to nearly 8 years in prison for meth trafficking.

(Billings) A Billings man who possessed meth was sentenced today to 94 months in prison to be followed by 5 years of supervised release.

33-year-old Brice Judsen Bailey pleaded guilty in December 2024 to possession with intent to distribute meth.

The government alleged in court documents that from September 2023 through January 2024, Bailey was one of approximately seven defendants in a drug distribution network in Billings, and that the group received meth from a drug trafficking organization in Washington state and funneled pounds of meth into the Billings area.

U.S. District Judge Susan P. Watters presided.
