The Havre Blue Ponies Boys Basketball team traveled down to Hardin for a single game with the Bulldogs. The Blue Ponies would trail throughout most of the first half as the score at the break would be 45 to 36 in favor of the Bulldogs. In the third quarter the Blue Ponies would use an offensive outburst as they would go into the fourth quarter down 56 to 53 to the Bulldogs. In the fourth the Ponies would find the range behind the three point line as the would go on to come back for a victory as they final would be 71-69
