Box Elder Lady Bears Advance To Title Game

The Box Elder Lady Bears would battle the North Country Mavericks in the Semi Finals of the State C Basketball Tournament Friday evening. Box Elder would trail after the first quarter 13-12. In the second and third quarters the Bears would maintain a slim margin as they would go into the final stanza up 40-36. In the final quarter the lead would trade hands a couple of minutes even in the final minutes of the game. In the end however Box Elder would use timely buckets from Kyla Momberg as she would finish with 30 points and the final would be 58-53. With the victory the Box Elder Lady Bears will move to the championship game where the will await the victor of the semi final late game.
