(Box Elder) A Box Elder Man who admitted to assaulting a woman at his residence on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation was sentenced to three years in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release.
26 year old Gabriel Evan Jordan pled guilty in January to superseding information charging him with assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
Court documents allege a woman identified as Jane Doe visited Jordan’s residence in November of 2021, and during that visit Jordan held her down and forced sexual contact which caused serious bodily injury to the victim.
