(Great Falls) – A Box Elder man who admitted to assaulting a woman on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation was sentenced today to 22 months in prison, to be followed by two years of supervised release.
Titus Lee Pedraza pleaded guilty in May to assault resulting in substantial bodily injury of a spouse, intimate or dating partner.
Chief United States District Judge Brian M. Morris presided over the case.
