(Browning) A Browning man who admitted to burning a woman on the hand with a hot knife in a residence on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation was sentenced to three years and five months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release according to U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich.
The defendant, 32-year-old Dale Ray Racine, pleaded guilty in September 2024 to assault with a dangerous weapon.
Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided.
