Havre, MT – With tryouts for Blue Pony boys basketball going on today, Havre high Boys basketball coach Waylon Burgess told New Media Broadcasters who his returning seniors are.
“We return a few starters this year who were juniors and are seniors this year. You have Daxton Oswalt, whose been in the gym since we got done last year. You throw into the mix you got a couple of football guys, Griff Terry coming back as a starter for us. Aiden Moomey who was our sixth man last year. You got Max Spangler who is another football kid.”
Walyon continued to talk about who is returning and how excited he is about those returners.
“We’re going to get Kash Keller back this year. Got one more football guy in Danner McDuffy, another big guy. You know we’re just excited about that senior laden group that we’ve got right now, you know they’ve been chomping at the bit to get the opportunities that they’re going to be getting this year.”
Blue Pony basketball starts their season on the road December 6, at East Helena.
