HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – With Labor Day weekend nearly concluded, officials at Beaver Creek Park would like to remind the public that cattle will begin grazing at the park on Tuesday, September 7th.
Cattle are scheduled to graze at the park through the end of the calendar year.
Cattle tend to gather near the highway at the start of the grazing season, so it is crucial that people are cautious when driving through the park.
During cattle grazing season, the night speed limit at Beaver Creek Park will be 35 miles an hour.
Cattle grazing is one of the main funding mechanisms for Beaver Creek Park.
