Havre, MT – The Chinook Sugarbeeters defeated Rocky Boy on Friday for the second time this season, and Chinook forward Bryce Elliott stepped up in the absence of leading scorer Ryan Bell.
Elliott put up 14 points for the Sugarbeeters and coach Bill Bell says that he can add a different dynamic to the team.
“He’s a good third scorer for us when Ryan and Britt were out and if he can do that consistently than he will take some of the pressure off of Ryan (Bell) and Jamison.” Coach Bell said.
Elliott also chipped scored eight points on Saturday in the Sugarbeeters win at home against Shelby.
