(Chinook) The Friends of the Chinook Pool and Park Foundation continue to raise funds to make improvements to Sweet Memorial Park and the Chinook City Pool. The organization recently
received a generous Two-Thousand-dollar donation from Steve Sargent of Louisville, Kentucky. Sargent is a 1965 graduate of Chinook High School. The Pool and Park Foundation is grateful for
Mr. Sargents donation. According to the Foundation’s web site Phase A of the project, Chinook Pool rehabilitation, is slated to begin in August. 2025.
