Havre, MT – Over the Weekend Chinook Sugarbeeter girls basketball slit their pair of games with a win at home over Cut Bank and a road loss at Fairfield.
The Sugarbakers were led by senior gaud in Neva Lowe who made 14 threes between two games including eight made triples against cutbank.
Head Coach of the Sugarbeeters Jill Barta gave a reason to why her players confidence has risen.
“Going into those two games, I didn’t the girls leave the gym until they made over 100 threes. [It was] Not so much for me to be on them but for their confidence to see the ball go through the hoop, so I think that made a huge huge deal.” Coach Barta Said.
The Sugarbeeters will continue to build that confidence this week at Conrad and against Choteau.
