ROCKY BOY, Mont. (NMB) – Although Governor Bullock has ended the statewide Stay-At-Home order, the Chippewa Cree Tribe has announced that they will not be removing any of their public safety measures at this time.
The Rocky Boy’s Reservation remains under an emergency declaration, and their Stay-At-Home order, mandatory curfew and security checkpoints will be continued indefinitely.
However, beginning Monday, April 27th, all tribal departments will be operational. They will remain closed to the public and business can be conducted via telephone and email.
If you travel outside reservation boundaries, it is advised that you self-isolate upon your return if you visit a hotspot, feel sick, or are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19. All non-essential travel remains discouraged until further notice.
People are encouraged to wear masks when out in public, only leave your home for essential supplies and to comply with all social distancing protocols.
