(NMB) The Holiday season gets going in full swing around Havre on Saturday with plenty of things to do. The Holiday Village Mall is hosting a craft show all day
and cookies and books with Santa from 1pm until 3pm. You can watch people take the Law Enforcement Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics at 1pm in
Towne Square. Registration for the annual Rudolph Run is from 4pm until 5pm in Towne Square with the actual run beginning at 5pm. Havre’s Christmas Tree
lighting is at 6pm, that’s also in Towne Square. Immediately following the Tree lighting, super certificate drawings and the kids basket drawings will be held.
Making an appearance at the tree lighting will be Santa Claus, The Grinch, Cindy Lou Who and a Clydesdale horse and sleigh. Kids that show up to the tree
lighting can get a ticket free of charge and could go home with one of dozens of Christmas gifts. You can also view a live nativity from 5pm to 7pm at the Van
Orsdel Methodist church on 5th avenue.
