(Havre) – Late last year, the Havre City Council approved the creation of Special Improvement District 434 in the Heritage Drive area of the city. Public Works Director Trevor Mork explains the scope of the S-I-D
“The goals and objectives of that district are to extend and install stormwater drainage systems to dump into Bullhook channel as well as install sidewalks, curbs and gutters and then asphalt and rehabilitate and reconstruct portions of asphalt within the 114 properties included within that district.”
