(Havre) – During the winter months, the City of Havre had developed a snow and ice removal plan for the city’s streets. Trever Mork City of Havre Public Works Director tells us about the first street the city plows.
“The priority streets are the emergency routes. So, 13th street West is an ideal one, that’s where we go first to get that roadway cleared and open and passable as well as other emergency routes that are marked with signage.”
