HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The MSU-Northern Collegiate Stockgrowers are hosting their 6th annual Meet and Greet event this Saturday evening in Havre.
The Meet and Greet begins at 5 pm at the SUB Ballroom on campus. The event features a silent and live auction, a prime rib/shrimp dinner, keynote speaker Lane Nordland and live music from River North.
Parker Rapp, President of the MSU-Northern Collegiate Stockgrowers, says that since they won’t have a Beef and Brews event this year, this will serve as their main fundraiser.
“We go to a few conferences around the state with that fundraising money. We are also looking into a trip to the Denver Stock Show.”
Prior to the Meet and Greet, the NorthCentral Montana Stockgrowers will be holding their annual meeting from 1-5 pm in Hensler Auditorium.
