(Havre) – The Hill County Commission met for their weekly business meeting on Thursday. The commissioners tabled a resolution to create a board for the Council on Aging until April 2nd so they can look over a document crafted by the Hill County Attorney’s office at the request of the Commissioners. Also tabled was the Mosquito and Weed Department contract and a survey approval.
The commission unanimously passed a memorandum of understanding with the Hill County Road Union that recognizes their executive administrative assistant as a member of the union with full rights and privileges.
Kaleb Fisher and Ken Erickson have been reappointed to the Great Northern Fair Commission, while Dan Korb and Clay Vincent were reappointed to the Hill County Zoning Board of Adjustments. James Branden was reappointed to the Hill County Weed District Board and in a 2 to 1 vote, Bonnita Bernhardt was appointed to the Hill County Compensation Board.
