(Havre) – The Montana Department of Transportation released a statement on Thursday that due to supply issues the signal upgrade project on US 2 and 19th Avenue has been delayed.
Because of this the traffic signal have been programmed to a timed loop on the side streets to allow pedestrians time to cross US 2. Once the supply issue has been resolved the anticipated completion date is scheduled for September.
