(Great Falls) – An East Helena man who admitted to possessing an unregistered shortened shotgun was sentenced today to two years and three months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release.
Joshua Alan Roberts-Sprinkle pleaded guilty in May to possession of an unregistered firearm. Officers located the firearms, ammunition, a glass container with methamphetamine residue and a ballistic vest when they executed a search warrant on his vehicle.
Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided over the case.
