(Lima – Kendall Brown) – One person is dead after a crash involving a tractor trailer in Beaverhead County on Tuesday.
Montana Highway Patrol believes the truck was driving northbound on I-15 near Lima when it drove into the southbound lanes.
The vehicle then tripped, overturned and slid across the lanes onto its passenger side, eventually striking an embankment.
The driver, a 56-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead on scene.
Investigators believe drugs and speed are factors in this crash.
