(Chinook) The Friends of the Pool and Park Foundation in Chinook have announced their 3rd annual “Drool in the Pool” event for September 7th.
During this event only, your dog will be allowed to swim in the Chinook Community Pool from 5 to 8pm, but those without dogs are still welcome to attend, according to the Foundation.
Attendees are also asked to not bring their own pet toys as tennis balls will be provided during the event, and leashes are mandatory when dogs are not allowed in the pool.
A hard limit on one dog per adult is in place.
The price for registration is 10 dollars per dog, and proceeds will go to support the Friends of the Pool and Park Foundation.
