HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Farm Service Agency wants to remind producers about the upcoming Crop Certification Deadline of July 15th.
A press release says that all cropland must be reported to maintain eligibility for program payments. Crops reported after July 15th will be subject to late-file fees.
Their summer/fall managed haying and grazing period begins July 16th on acreage enrolled in the conservation reserve program. Producers need to stop at their local FSA office and complete the required paperwork before conducting any activities on CRP acreage.
