(Helena) – Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks is seeking public comment on the proposed award of almost $1.6 million in grant funds to 36 applicants through the Recreational Trails Program in 2023.
This year FWP received a total of 46 applications requesting over $2.5 million dollars. The Recreational Trails Program is a federally funded program that provides funding for trail and trail related projects across Montana.
You can view the complete list of recommended projects, and add your public comment on the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks website. Comments will be accepted until May 11th at 5pm.
