(Havre) – Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks Becoming and Outdoors Women (BOW) program is hosting an Ice Fishing workshop in Havre on February 13th and 14th. Kylie Kembel, Outdoor Skills Coordinator for FWP explains why they chose Havre for this workshop.
“We’ve got some education technicians in the area now and they were really excited to get some ice fishing going, and I really wanted to get to that area. So, we’re working with local staff to get to Havre and increase our outreach to some of the smaller communities in Montana.”
The Cost for the BOW Ice Fishing workshop is $15 and space is limited. You can register starting Saturday morning on the Montana FWP Website.
