(Billings) – A Garryowen man on September 22nd admitted to selling methamphteamine to others as part of a large- scale trafficking ring that was based on the Crow Indian Reservation.
Zachary Douglas Bacon pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute meth and now faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years to life imprisonment, a $10 million fine and at least five years of supervised release.
The court set bacons’ sentencing for January 25th, 2024 and he was released pending further proceedings. United States District Judge P. Swan presided over the case.
