HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – On Friday, Governor Steve Bullock announced a round of appointments to statewide boards, councils and committees.
Sarah Spangler from Havre was appointed to the Board of Nursing. She is a Registered Nurse engaged in nursing practice in a rural health care facility. Spangler is the Director of the Sletten Cancer Center and Medical, Surgical and Pediatric Unit at Northern Montana Hospital.
Representative Tyson Running Wolf from Browning was appointed to the Get Outdoors Montana Advisory Council. Running Wolf represents House District 16.
Andrew McKean from Glasgow and Colonel Marty Bannon from Great Falls were also named to the Get Outdoors Montana Advisory Council. McKean is the Director of Powderhook, Inc. and an independent journalist and project manager, formerly the editor-in-chief of Outdoor Life magazine. Colonel Bannon is a former Senior Military Intelligence Officer with the Defense Intelligence Agency, currently an Adjunct Fellow at Stratad Asia-Pacific Strategic Centre and Special Adviser to the International Association of Counterterrorism Security Professionals.
