HELENA, Mont. (NMB) – On Thursday, Governor Steve Bullock praised Montana companies for pivoting normal operations during the COVID-19 pandemic in order to produce supplies needed to combat and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
A press release states more than 75 Montana businesses have adapted to meet current needs of their communities.
Hi-Line businesses praised by Bullock include Havre’s Crawford Distillery and Conrad’s Windrift Hill, which have shifted some of their production to produce hand sanitizer.
Fort Belknap resident Juanita Cole Crasco, Lewistown resident RoseAnn Stahl and Scobey resident Rhonda Cromwell were also recognized by Bullock for sewing face masks.

Businesses that need to purchase protecive gear may be eligible for reimbursement of up to $5,000 through the Montana Business Adaptation Program. Applications can be found at CovidRelief.MT.gov.
