(Havre) – Recently Montana Governor Greg Gianforte was in Havre on his 56 County Tour. He spoke with New Media Broadcasters about how the Certified Medical Apprentice program at Northern Montana Healthcare is an excellent example of the 406 Jobs Initiative.
“What they’ve done here at the hospital in Havre through this apprenticeship program, they’re building their own workforce. They had eleven students in the first cohort, there was eight or so in the second and they’re creating higher earning potentials for these individuals, they get a paycheck throughout the entire apprenticeship program and they’re filling the workforce need.”
