(Great Falls) – A Great Falls man who admitted conspiring to bring large quantities of methamphetamine from California to Montana for distribution was sentenced to 14 years in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release.
Joshua Daniel Wilson pleaded guilty in April to conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute meth. He was caught after a package containing 2 pounds of meth had been discovered while in transit through the UPS mail system. Police then made a controlled delivery of the package to the recipient where Wilson was then arrested.
Chief United States District Judge Brian M. Morris presided over the case.
