(Billings) – A Hardin man accused of selling methamphetamine as part of an investigation into large-scale drug trafficking based on the Crow Indian Reservation admitted to a distribution crime on September 28th.
Anthony Springfield pleaded guilty to distribution of meth and now faces a mandatory minimum of five years to 40 years in prison, a $5 million fine and at least four years of supervised release.
Sentencing was set for January 31, 2024. and Springfield was detained pending further proceedings.
United States District Judge Susan P. Watters presided over the case.
