HAVRE, Mont. (NMB) – The Havre-Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting their 111th Annual Meeting of The Chamber on Wednesday, January 15.
Executive Director of the Chamber, Julea Robbins, says during the banquet, they will look back at 2019 and then look forward to their 2020 schedule.
“Such as any committee changes or any events that are new, or even events that we’ve done in year’s past but are updating. We just like to kind of let our chamber members, and even those that are not chamber members know what we’re up to, because we really are here just for the community.”
This year’s featured speaker is Taylor Brown of the Northern Ag Network.
“He’s going to speak on the local agriculture and speak to those in our agriculture businesses,” Robbins says. “Agriculture up here on the Hi-Line, it effects everything, even if you’re not directly associated with it. He’s just going to give his insight, as he’s an expert on all things agriculture, and then kind of do a meet-and-greet.”
The meeting is scheduled from 12 to 1:30 PM on Wednesday in the Duck Inn Olympic Room and includes lunch. It is $20 for Chamber Members and $25 for non-members Call 265-4383 to reserve your seat.
