Havre City Council Meeting – 3/3/2025

(Havre) The Havre City Council met Monday, March 3rd for their monthly meeting.

The Council approved the Havre Chamber of Commerce’s request to close a small part of public roads in the city during the 5th annual Bear Paw Marathon.

Mayor Kaercher’s proclamation of May 12th to be Havre City Arbor Day passed as well.

Three EMTs received a public safety award from the VFW Post 497 for their heroic acts of resuscitation on an individual who had no signs of life at the beginning of their medical attention.

Havre Public Works plans to begin two new projects this year that will interrupt some peoples water services while their area is being worked on. Public Works will communicate these closures ahead of time through the Code Red app, their official Facebook page, and through New Media Broadcasters.

Those who will be affected due to lead service line replacements will also be notified through direct mailers or door hangers.
