(Havre) – The Big Sandy Gun Show has become the inaugural Havre’s Great Outdoors Weekend, this weekend at the old Herberger’s location in Havre’s Holiday Village Mall. Organizer Keith Hanson explains how this new event became a reality.
“It started off, I got the blessing of Ron Otto and his crew from Little Sharps in Big Sandy to expand my show and I kind of wanted to give the rest of the Hi-Line a taste of some great outdoors stuff. I felt that we had limited, when you say gun show, you limit the people that want to come through the door. So, I expanded it to an outdoor show which is going to feature many things.”
The Havre Great Outdoors Weekend is Friday through Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults for all three days, and children under 112 are free.
You can explore vendors featuring guns, ammo, archery, fishing gear, ATV’s, knives and more.
Hours are Friday 2pm-6pm, Saturday 9am-6pm and Sunday 9am-3pm.
The location is the Havre Holiday Village Mall in the Old Herberger’s location.
