The festivities will start off with a community pep rally from 1:30pm-2:30pm at the West Parking Lot of the High School. During the prep rally there will be face painting, car decorating and other activities offered to students and members of the Havre community. The Havre High Teams will also be there at the prep rally allowing community members to talk with them about the sports season and other topics.

The Homecoming Parade will start at 3pm and the Football Game vs East Helena will kick off at 7pm at Blue Pony Stadium.

This year’s Homecoming Royalty are Carson Harris for homecoming king and Clara Laird for homecoming Queen.

Mark Irving the Activities director at Havre High School talks about the community event that will start off homecoming.

“Our community will invite some folks down we like to kick that off about 1:30 and we’ll do some face painting we’re going to have our teams down there to talk with some of the community members, were going to get the band fired up and they’ll be in the parade as well. and we like to repeat you know everybody is invited to come down and see the ponies. Our volleyball and football teams will be there unfortunately there’s never enough time to get everything done. And this is for all of our students obviously and our community they support us so well and it’s kind of a way for us to have folks come down and talk to our players, and our coaches, and hear our band and be a part of our homecoming pep rally I guess I would call it. But yeah, it’s just a chance for the ponies to say thank you and mingle with our community and have some fun.”
