(Havre) The Salvation Army is holding a back-to-school program offering school supplies and backpacks to families in need in the Havre area.
This program is application based, said the Salvation Army in a press release. Applicants need a picture ID, social security cards or birth certificates for each family member, something that proves residency in Havre, and something that proves income. The organization says that a teacher’s name is also helpful, and says all information is confidential.
