(Helena) – A carrier who delivered mail for the U.S. Postal Service was sentenced today after she admitted to stealing mail from her route in search of cash and gift cards from more than 90 victims.
Katie Elizabeth Bowlds of Helena was sentenced to two years of probation, she pleaded guilty in April to possession of stolen mail.
Chief United States District Judge Brian M. Morris sentenced bowls and ordered $1,847 restitution for the crimes.
