Havre, MT – Over the Weekend Havre High girls’ basketball secured their seventh and eighth victories over Browning 77-33, and Malta 56-46.
These were the first home games of the season for the Blue Ponies and head Coach Tommy Brown says his team performed at high level in their home Gym.
“I thought we made a conscious effort to value possessions that kind of minimize our turnovers. That came up big for us and of course the kids just flat out fought both games and that was kind of the ticket to a lot of our success over the weekend.” Coach Brown said.
The Blue Ponies will look to stay unbeaten this weekend at Hardin Friday night and home against Custer County on Saturday.
