High Speed Chase Leads to Arrest and Injury

STILLWATER COUNTY, Mont. (NMB) – The Stillwater County News reports that a high-speed chase on Wednesday evening reached speeds of 120 miles per hour and came to an end with a fiery crash.

The chase ended when the vehicle crashed into a power pole that injured the driver and took out power to much of Columbus and Park City.

The alleged driver, Trevor Issac Ross, failed to stop for law enforcement just after 6 PM and led them on a pursuit on Highway 10. He is currently hospitalized and faces three felony counts of criminal endangerment.

According to the report, Ross went off the road just east of Young’s Point. The van rolled on its top and was on fire, so law enforcement had to pull the driver from the vehicle.
