(Havre) The Hill County Board of Health met for their quarterly meeting on Wednesday.
New leadership roles were determined, as Hill County Commissioner Mark Peterson was replaced by Erica McKeon-Hanson as Chairman, replacing her as Vice Chair was Kyndra Hall, and Hall’s secretary position was filled by Commissioner Jake Strissel.
Discussion during this meeting began with the Interlocal Agreement planned between the City of Havre and Hill County, which is still being worked on.
The other main topic of this meeting was arrangements for the meetings to be recorded and how they’ll be uploaded, as a new state mandate says that all county meetings have to record and upload their meetings to the respective boards web page within five business days.
The next meeting is scheduled for July, a time and place is not yet decided.
