(Havre) The Hill County Commissioners met for their weekly business meeting on October 3rd.
The meeting opened with the board acknowledging 2 accidental quorums they had during the past week, and addressing the hire of 1 county employee.
The North Havre County Water District and the North Central Council on Aging both requested to have their budgets adjusted to allow they to spend all the money they were given by the state, with the council on aging designating part of their budget to be awarded to the Chippewa Cree Senior Center.
Changes to the current county employee pay matrix were discussed, and it was agreed that changes needed to be made but disagreement on the manner in which the changes ought to be made. Action will be taken next Thursday.
The next meeting is scheduled for October 10th.
